Dr. Nova Law, a Birmingham native is a Board Certified
Family Practice Physician. Her goal is to provide caring,
compassionate, and excellent care to all of her patients
while treating the "whole patient" and the entire family.
Training & Education -
Dr. Law completed her residency training in family
practice at University Hospitals of Cleveland/Case Western
Reserve University, where she was named Most Honored Resident by
the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians. She received her medical
degree from Michigan State
University, which included electives at Harvard Medical
School, Ghana Medical school in Ghana, W. Africa,
University of Zimbabwe,
Carraway Hospital and Baptist
Princeton both in
Birmingham, AL. Dr. Law received
her undergraduate degree
from UCLA.
Special Interests - Dr.
Law's special areas of interest include pediatrics, internal
medicine, preventive,
women's health, dermatology, minor surgical procedures and
international health.
Personal - Dr. Law enjoys
playing tennis, reading, cooking, genealogy, traveling and
spending time with her
husband Eric Atkins.
